Obituary



Nila Jean McKee, 68, of Huntington, WV, died Saturday September 3, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday September 7, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Ray Vance officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Nila was born February 25, 1948 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Lyle Wetzel and Mildred Jean Vinson Cook. She worked at Cam's Ham for 22 years and attended Fifth Ave. Freewill Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by 6 siblings. Survivors include her husband David McKee, two daughters, Jean Lee Blake and Barbara Eslick both of Huntington, five grandchildren, Amber Eslick, Kayla Watts, Tara Kitts, Sarah Bailey and Meredith "Annie" Blake, 11 great grandchildren, Ryan Blake, Tighler, Bryce, Jaiden and Keighley Lindsey, Kaeden Basenback, Alexia Primm, Paisley Kitts Cameron and Laikyn Bailey, and unborn Kaine Blake, one sister Judy (Kenny) Eplion, of Huntington, four nephews, Mark, Rodney, Mike and Randy Eplion.
