Janet Elizabeth Kuhl Carr, 67, of Huntington, WV, widow of Norbert Carr, died Monday November 13, 2017 at Midland Meadows Senior Assisted Living. She was born January 7, 1950 in Huntington a daughter of the late Harley and Reva Dillon Kuhl. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Rob and Tracey Johnson of Richmond, VA; three step children, Shannon Carr and wife Tessa Carr of Charleston, WV, Shay Carr of Louisville, KY, and Erin Carr of Charleston, WV; four grandchildren, Taylor, Colin, Brooke, and Emily; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Karen Kuhl McNealy and husband, Ron McNealy, and Lynn Kuhl Thompson and husband, Charlie Thompson, all of Huntington; special nieces and nephews, Kara McNealy Zappacosta, Melissa McNealy Baxendine, Kevin Kuhl Thompson, Charles Matthew Thompson, and Lexie Thompson. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
