Randall Noel Westcott, 61, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Randy was born November 16, 1956 in Huntington a son of Jacqueline Louise Noel Westcott of Huntington and the late Kelly "Doc" Westcott. He was a retired employee of the City of Huntington and was a 1975 graduate of Huntington East High School. In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Kim Midkiff Westcott; a daughter and son-in-law, Emily Elizabeth and Josh Thomas of Huntington; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Matthew Kelly Westcott, Andrew Austin and Blair Westcott, and Randall Scott (Amy) Westcott, all of Huntington; five granddaughters, Addisyn Westcott, Harper Westcott, Ava Grace Thomas, Sophie Thomas, and Millie Thomas; and a brother and sister-in-law, Rusty and Carla Westcott. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 pm Friday, November 24, 2017, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Bill Blankenship officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
