John Anthony McCormick, 48, of Huntington, "My Forever" husband of Alice Lou Fillinger McCormick, died Thursday, November 23, 2017 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born June 22, 1969 in Huntington a son of the late John Dale and Janice Sue Ball McCormick. His maternal grandparents, Julian and Gladys Ball also preceded him in death. He was a self-employed electrician. In addition to his wife, survivors include, three daughters, Angelique "Angel" Josett McCormick, Jessica Lynn McCormick, and Samantha Dawn McCormick, all of Huntington; two sons, Christopher Starkey of Milton, and William Richard "Ricky" Legge of Huntington and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm Tuesday at Chapman's Mortuary with Pastor David Cardwell officiating. Donations may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses. Friends may visit one hour prior to services Tuesday at Chapman's Mortuary.
