Michael Lee Mount, 73, of Lesage, WV, passed away at St. Mary's Medical Center on September 14, 2017. He was born on July 9, 1944 at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, a son of the late Donald Mount and Marvil (Knight) Godbey and step dad, Herbert Godbey. In addition, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Leah Mount, his brothers, Larry and Donald Mount and brother, Keith Godbey. He is survived by one son, Craig Michael; sisters, Brenda (Bernard) Knapp of Chesapeake, OH, Annette Godbey Collins of Glenwood, WV, and Cheryl Mount Sowards of Bluffton, Indiana; a sister-in-law, Vicki Godbey; a host of loving nieces and nephews; trusted faithful friend and companion, Nancy Lewis and daughter, Jenna and her children, Parker and Noah. At Mike's request, there will be no services.
