Virginia M. Gore, 95, of Huntington, WV, widow of Gordon B. Gore, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at St. Mary�s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 pm Friday, June 6, 2014, at Ridgelawn Abbey of Devotion with Minister Wayne Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm Friday at Ridgelawn Abbey of Devotion. She was born October 18, 1918 in Logan, WV a daughter of the late Collie C. and Maude Adkins Justice. She was also preceded in death by a son, Charles W. Gore; three sisters, Helen Boley, Ann Molica and Marguerite May; and one brother, Clifford Justice. Surviving is a son, James L. Gore of Lake Park, GA; two grandchildren, Christie Gore, James L. Gore, Jr., and his mother, Carol Gore Thompson; and several nieces and nephews, especially Janet, Barbara, Robert and Mark Boley. The family requests that flowers be omitted. Memorial gifts may be sent to Beverly Hills Church of Christ, 773 Norway Avenue, Huntington, WV 25705, where she was a charter member or to the Huntington City Mission.
