David Michael Henry, 50, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014. He was born October 29, 1963 in Huntington a son of Delores Blair Henry of Huntington and the late Charles Henry. He was a Safety Director for the Southwest Community Action Council and was an Airline Transport Pilot. In addition to his mother, survivors include: his wife, Kathy Neal Henry; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Ronnie Henry and Eddie and Ona Henry, both of Huntington; and three nieces, Mindy Henry, Tara Henry and Mindy Christian. Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at Chapman�s Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Greg Tomlinson and Pastor Tony Cox officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday at Chapman's Mortuary.
