Obituary



Ronald Louis Forth 67, of Huntington, died Sunday April 22, 2018 in Heritage Center. Born April 15, 1951 in Huntington, WV a son of Alma Mona Davis Forth of Huntington, and the late Donald Forth. A brother, Donnie Forth also preceded him in death. He was a machinist for Sulzer Pumps US Inc., and a member of Local IAM Huntington. Survivors in addition to his mother include, 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Stephanie and Josh Maddox of Dacula, GA, Cindy and Shannon Horn of Auburn, GA; one son Ronald Steven Forth of AR; one brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Deborah Forth of Huntington; four grandchildren, Carter Talmage, Kaleb Horn, Ace Maddox and Brody Horn; the mother of his children, Anna Belle Stokes. A Memorial visitation will be held Friday, April 27 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Chapman's Mortuary.
