Phyllis "Penny" Fox, 73, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018, at her residence. She was born April 2, 1945 in Huntington. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Don Russell Fox and a daughter, Latina "Tina" Chaffin. Survivors include: her son, Donald "Donnie" (Deloris) Blake; a son-in-law, Carl Chaffin; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, Joshua Blake, Kristina Blake, Jonathan (Natalie) Chaffin and their children, Victoria, Melaina, Karoline, Chloe, and Katherine, Nathan (Jennifer) Chaffin and their children, Aaron, Isaac, Taylor and Ethan, and David Chaffin and his daughter, Kiersten; and a brother, Robert (Jo Anne) Elkins. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Thursday, May 3, 2018, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with her son officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to noon Thursday at the funeral home.
