Vicky Joan Midkiff McElroy
(August 23, 1945 - January 1, 2014)

Vicky Joan Midkiff-McElroy, 68, of Huntington, WV, passed away peacefully in her sleep Wednesday, January 1, 2014. She was born August 23, 1945 to the late Ezra A. and Jo Ann Midkiff. Vicky was a 1963 graduate of Huntington East High School and a retired employee of Cabell County Schools. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. “Mac” McElroy and a brother, Middy Midkiff. Vicky was a loving mother and is survived by her three children, Stephen McElroy and his companion Mark White, Julie Niebur and her husband, David, and Jamie McElroy and his wife, Amy. Also surviving is her sister and best friend, Kimmy Westcott and her husband, Randy. Vicky was a wonderful “Nannie” to her three grandchildren, Cody and Maggie Niebur and Benjamin McElroy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. We will all miss our beloved Vicky.
