Dana Elizabeth Bolen-Whitney

Dana Elizabeth Bolen-Whitney, 50, of Huntington, WV passed away surrounded by family and friends Wednesday January 1, 2014 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral service will be conducted at noon Monday January 6, 2014 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, White Chapel Mausoleum, Barboursville. Dana was born April 13, 1963 in Huntington, WV, the middle child of the late Donald Lee Bolen and Bobbie Lou Whitney Horton. Her oldest sister, Bonnie Marie Bolen Wallace preceded her in death. She is survived by her son Robert (Whitney) Vanater of Winfield, WV, three sisters, Donna Lee Bolen Morgensen of Ona, WV, Bobbie Lynn Price of Tennessee, Dorothy May Bolen of Chesapeake OH, several nieces, nephews and a much loved Olivia Mae and her best friend Larry Gene McCormick. Friends may call after 11:00 AM until service time Monday at the cemetery. Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
