Brenda Marie Willey, 70, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014, at her residence. She was born December 13, 1943 in White Sulphur Springs, WV a daughter of the late Willard Mason and Blanche Edna Feury LaFon. Her husband, James Robert Willey, also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include: a daughter, Tonya Hughes of Huntington; a son and daughter-in-law, James Edward and Angela Willey of Huntington; three grandchildren, Jimmy Lee Hughes, Heather Lynn Hughes, and J.T. Willey; two sisters, Gloria Banton of Thomasville, NC and her twin sister, Linda Eplion of Huntington; and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Charles Willard and Charlotte Ann LaFon of South Point, OH and Robert Mason LaFon of Huntington. The family would like to thank Dr. Tackett, Dr. LoCascio, Dr. Kimmey, Dr. Lepanto. Dr. Bir and the staff at HIMG for their loving care. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 PM Saturday, January 11, 2014, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington.
