William Chapman

William Chapman, 73, of Cincinnati, OH, died Sunday May 8, 2011 in Bethesda North Hospital, Montgomery, OH. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday May 13, 2011 at White Chapel Mausoleum, White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville with Rev. Roger Chapman officiating. William was born April 14, 1938 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Donald Lewis & Ethel Marie Chapman. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He was a retired Electrical Mechanical Engineer. Survivors include his wife Imogene Elkins Chapman, two sons, James & Timothy Chapman all of Cincinnati, two brothers Roger Chapman of Pa. & Jerry Chapman of Huntington, two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Friends may call at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday May 12, 2011. Veterans Honor Guard Post 16 will conduct military graveside rites.
