Joyce Dunkle Bartlett, 65, of Huntington, WV, died Monday, February 12, 2018, in Heritage Center. Joyce was born July 5, 1952 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Gordon and Jean Elkins Dunkle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Bartlett, Jr. Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Houck of Huntington and Andrea (Steve) Whittington of Buffalo, WV, one brother, David (Robin) Dunkle of Ceredo, WV, one sister, Diane (Glenn) Wallace of Barboursville a sister-in-law, Barbara Davis of Lesage, WV, and four grandchildren, Ryan Houck of Huntington, Rachael Houck of South Point, OH, and Braylon and Miley Whittington both of Buffalo, and a host of nieces and nephews. A Celebration of her life will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday, February 16, 2018, at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington.
