Kathy Lynn Henderson, 58, of Huntington, wife of Gary Henderson, died Monday, February 12, 2018, in St. Mary's Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday February 14, 2018, at Chapman's Mortuary. She was born March 19, 1958, in Huntington, a daughter of the late William Jennings and Dorothy Belle Cremeans Patterson. She was a caregiver and Pentecostal by faith. Survivors in addition to her husband include; one daughter, Jenny Lea Patterson; three sons, Jamie Dale Patterson, Jeremy Christopher Egan and Tristin Kyle Egan; 4 brothers, Bill, Mike, Tom and Shannon Patterson; 10 grandchildren, Kirsten Lynn Marie, Kaleb, Gannon, Katie, Tyler, Wyatt, Emma, Lames, Lacey, Faith, and Jamie Dale, Jr., on the way. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
