John Brett Goodwin, 60, of Huntington, died Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born April 12, 1957 in Monroe, MI, a son of the late William Lester and Jean Audrey Taylor Goodwin. He was a retired autoworker with the Ford Motor Company in Flat Rock, MI. Survivors include two daughters, Heather Goodwin and Kimberly Goodwin, both of Huntington; a son, Brian Goodwin of Huntington; eight grandchildren; a brother, Daniel Goodwin and wife, Mary Jo Goodwin of Michigan; and the mother of his children, Teresa Goodwin of Huntington. Per his request he will be cremated and the family will hold a private memorial service. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
