Harold Summerfield
(August 21, 1922 - March 4, 2015)

Harold Summerfield, 92, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015, in St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born August 21, 1922 in Medina, OH a son of the late Karl and Delpha Kerns Summerfield. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ella Jean Summerfield and two grandchildren, Daniel Titus and Christopher Baker. He was in Auto Sales in Detroit, Michigan. Survivors include: three daughters, Barbara Cohen and her husband Gerald of Lakeland, FL, Karla Baker of Kenova, WV and Kathy Summerfield of Ashland, KY; a niece, Julia Klapp of Detroit, MI; four grandchildren, Tim Titus, Deborah Spicer, Stephen Baker, and Rachel Baker; seven great grandchildren, Daniel Titus, Phillip Titus, Meghan Titus, Summer Spicer, Leigh Spicer, Jacob Titus, and Laura Titus; and three great great grandchildren, Joey Titus, Grayson Titus, and Claire Joy Titus. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, March 9, 2015, at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
