Obituary



William Edgar Howard, 76, of Huntington, WV, died Sunday January 21, 2018 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Memorial funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday January 27, 2018 at Bible Apostolic Church (3521 16th St Rd Huntington, WV 25701) with Pastor David Fairburn officiating. Willie was born May 21, 1941 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Homer and Elizabeth Insco Howard. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest and Homer Howard. He was retired from INCO Alloys and a member of the Bible Apostolic Church. Survivors include his wife Bertha Crosby Howard, four daughters, Michelle Moore, Sherri Bucci and Suzanne Hale all of Huntington, and Betty Vaughn of Greensboro, NC, three sons, William B. Howard, E. Ray Moreland and Brandon Locklear all of Huntington, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, and a special sister-in-law, Alice Howard of Huntington.
