Mabel "Mae" Alline West, 78, of Salt Rock, WV, wife of James L. West, Jr., died Friday, January 5, 2018 in St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born November 8, 1939, a daughter of the late Sarah Frances Arndell Binkley. A sister also preceded her in death. She worked at the Huntington Mall in the food court. Mae was a charter member of Women of the Moose at the Loyal Order of Moose Club, Lodge 2586 in Barboursville, WV. In addition to her husband, survivors include a step-son, James L. West III and wife, Donna West of Hager Hill, KY; two step grandchildren, Shelley West Lemaster, and Jamie West; nine step great grandchildren; and a special friend, Debbie Geise of Huntington. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family with cremation and no services are scheduled.
