Billy Reffitt, Jr., 73, of Huntington, husband of Norma Reynolds Reffitt, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born December 30, 1937, in Cabell County, WV a son of the late William and Mabel Runyon Reffitt. He was a retired laborer. Survivors in addition to his wife include; a stepson and his girlfriend, John L. Casarez and Linda Fizer of Huntington; a granddaughter Kristen Casarez; one sister, Dorothy Fuller; a very special nephew, Danny Lewis, and three other nephews. At the request of the family, there will be no services.
