Aileen Frances Hendrick Bell
(May 8, 1925 - January 25, 2011



Aileen Frances Hendrick Bell, 85, of Huntington, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Chapman's Mortuary, with Rev. Carl W. Mouser officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens Barboursville, WV. She was born May 8, 1925, in Lesage, WV, a daughter of the late Leo Valentine and Georgia Cox Hendrick. Her husband, Quentin Roosevelt Bell, one daughter, Cheryl Alice Jackson, a sister, Opal Connelly and a brother, Jack Hendrick also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, and the oldest living member of Cox Landing United Methodist Church. Survivors include; four daughters and sons-in-law, Donna Jean and Wayne Hutchison of Huntington, Rosanne and Rick Long of Cincinnati, OH, Denise and Fred Woods of Huntington and Bonita and Don Estep of Lesage; two sons and daughters-in-law, Quentin Ray and Mary Bell of New Martinsville, WV, and Anthony and Leann Bell of Barboursville; two sisters, Margaret Shuff of NC, and Ruth Spriggs of East Bank, WV; one brother Jay Hendrick of Lesage; 25 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington or Cox Landing United Methodist Church.
