Betty Lee Wiseman
(November 5, 1925 - January 15, 2011)


Mrs. Betty Lee Wiseman, 85, of Huntington, widow of Lindsey Douglass Wiseman, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2011, at the Wayne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park. She was born November 5, 1925, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Garland Courtney Clark and Virginia Walker Clark. She was formerly associated with the former W. T. Grant Store in Huntington. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Pennington, a son, Lindsey Douglas Wiseman, Jr., 2 granddaughters, Laura Pennington and Cheryl Ann Clay, and a sister, Virginia Rowsey. Surviving are a daughter, Virginia Pigman, of Gainesville, FL, a sister, Coralise Deitz, of Huntington, a brother, Garland Courtney Clark, Jr., Orlando, FL grandchildren; Bobbie Pennington, Carrie Eaves, Brian Pennington, and Barbara Clay, and 3 great grandchildren.
