Debra E Musser, 67, of Ashland, KY, died Monday May 21, 2018 at Community Hospice Care Center of Ashland. Memorial funeral service will be conducted at noon Friday May 25, 2018 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Steve Harris officiating. Debra was born June 21, 1950 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Bill V. and Phyllis Lee Roswall Stanley. She was a member of the Wildwood First Church of God, a retired special education school teacher from the Open Door School, Ironton, OH, . Survivors include her husband, David Musser, three daughters, Jenny Chapman of Mooresville, NC, Molly (Scott) Coburn of Ashland, KY, and Jan (Heath) Smith of Columbus, OH, one sister, Lois Stevens of Cincinnati, OH, five grandchildren, Trey and Kolby Coburn, Trevor Hayes, Hannah and Emily Smith and a special cousin, Becky Livermore.
