Edna Joanne Wellman, 87, of Barboursville, WV, widow of Paul Wellman, died Thursday May 22, 2018 at Wyngate Assisted Living, Barboursville. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday May 26, 2018 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, White Chapel Mausoleum, Barboursville, with Pastor Bob Hogsett officiating. Joanne was born September 12, 1930 in Lesage, WV a daughter of the late John M and Elizabeth Cox Sanns. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Wellman, sisters, Marry Ellen "Peachie" Pardue, Lucille Hughes, Maude Lapool, William, Richard, Johnny, Mike, Roland and Carl Sanns. Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday at the cemetery.
