Carla Nicole Kees, 39, of Huntington, WV died Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at her residence. She was born June 5, 1977 in Huntington, a daughter of Sharon Lee Fray Nelson of Huntington and the late Mark Edward Kees. Carla was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. In addition to her mother, survivors include her son, Hayden Lambert of Huntington; companion, Jerry Lambert of Huntington; mother-in-law, Cindi Steinbrecher and her husband, David Steinbrecher of Huntington; an Uncle and Aunt, Joe and Dianna Kees of Raleigh, NC; and her cousin, Matthew Jacobson. A celebration of life gathering of family and friends will be 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Chapman's Mortuary.
