Virginia Jo Spencer, 35, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born June 4, 1981 in Huntington a daughter of James Adkins and the late Cindy Prince Adkins Schneider. Survivors include: her husband, Todd Spencer; a daughter, Savana Lee Spencer; a son, Gage Allen Spencer; a sister, Christina McNeely; a brother, James Adkins; her maternal grandmother, Carolyn Rakes and maternal step grandfather, Phillip Rakes; her paternal grandmother; and her step father, Vincent Schneider. There will be no services. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
