Daniel Eugene Ross, 85, of Huntington, WV, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born February 26, 1932 in Cabell County, WV a son of the late Bernie J. and Erskell Ross. His wife, Anne Elizabeth Ross, and a sister, Nelma Hughes, also preceded him in death. He was a steelworker at A.K. Steel and was currently attending Park Circle Church. Survivors include: a brother, James H. Ross of Macon, GA; two grandchildren, Angela Clay and Kelly Brown; four great grandchildren, C.J. Coyle, Summer Coyle, Chelsie Clay, and Brennon Coyle; and two great great grandchildren, Autumn Midkiff and Clayton Coyle. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday, May 1, 2017, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Randy Jeffers officiating. Entombment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens Christus Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
