Obituary

Our much loved daughter, Chelsea Jordan Clark, 31, of Huntington, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 4, 2017. Chelsea lived life larger than most of us. She was truly an original; full of fire, stardust, and kindness. She was passionate about all aspects of her life, especially her babies, her music, her books, her art, and her politics. She could never bear to see another struggling without offering them anything she had. So many people have asked what they can do? I think Chelsea would tell you: "Blast your music. Get lost in a book. Be kind. Live hard. Keep your faith. Look out for each other." She regretfully leaves behind her three beautiful children, whom were her shining stars: Maxwell Cash; Zeplyn Jane, and Luca Farrah. Additional survivors include her mother, Terre Thomas (Tim Finney) of Huntington; her father, Roy Clark (Eunice Plaza) of South Charleston, WV; two brothers, Dylan Clark and River Clark, both of Huntington; and so many close friends. "May the Good Lord shine a light on you, and make every song you sing your favorite tune." We love you, Chelsea girl. Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 pm Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Chapman's Mortuary with Rev. Jacque Parleto officiating. Family and friends may visit after 4:00 pm until service time Saturday at Chapman's Mortuary.
