Mary Frances Covington, 90, of Milton, formerly of Huntington, widow of Earl Covington, died on her birthday, Saturday, August 19, 2017 at her residence. She was born August 19, 1927 in Huntington, a daughter of the late Eustace and Thelma Ann Martin Wall. In addition to her parents and husband, her son, Edward Earl Covington, also preceded her in death. She was a former secretary at Marshall University in the Graduate School. Survivors include two daughters, Frances Covington of Milton, and Anne Nussle of Port Orange, FL; a daughter-in-law, Loretta Covington of Huntington; granddaughter, Megan Nussle of New Jersey; grandson, Edward Earl Covington, II, and his wife, Sara Covington of Milton; and a great grandson, Edward Jennings Covington. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday at Spring Hill Cemetery, with Pastor Dan Londeree officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit after 10:30 am at the cemetery.
