Rose Helen Thacker, 58, of Huntington, WV, died Thursday August 24, 2017 in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted at noon Monday August 28, 2017 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Phil Wilson officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Rose was born September 12, 1958 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of Charlotte McComas of Huntington. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Helena Renee Thacker. Additional survivors include one daughter, Charlotte Shantel Thacker of Proctorville, OH, three sisters, Melodie Maxey of Ceredo-Kenova, WV, Della McComas of Oaklawn, MD, and Jerri Powers of Huntington, one brother, Kenneth McComas of Barboursville, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
