Matthew Murdaugh, 28, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011, at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, April 28, 2011, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, with Dr. Jerry Warren officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. He was born November 1, 1982 in Huntington a son of Becky Murdaugh and Robert Murdaugh, both of Huntington. He was formerly employed at Macy’s. In addition to his parents, survivors include: a son, Bradley Murdaugh of Huntington; four sisters, Monica Adkins of Huntington, Carol Wheeler of Columbus, OH, Debarah McCabe of Milton, DE, and Cynthia “Cammie” Rudge of San Diego, CA; three brothers, Bryan Murdaugh of Thorndale PA, Steven Murdaugh of Milton, DE and Thomas Murdaugh of East Machias, Maine; three uncles, Mike Hughes of Huntington, Thomas Murdaugh of Milton, DE, and David Murdaugh of Devault, PA; an aunt, Jo Ann Zebley of Emigsville, PA; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Justin Musgrave, Mike Rose, Ante` Myers, Emily Zaunbrecher, and Scott Boyd.
