    (January 10, 1930 - April 1, 2011)
     
    Juanita Jean Worley, 81, of 
    Huntington, West Virginia passed peacefully into her Fathers arms on Friday 
    April 1, 2011 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, West 
    Virginia after a long illness. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM 
    Tuesday April 5, 2011 at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington with Rev. Bill 
    Haynes, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. Jean was 
    born in Huntington, West Virginia on January 10, 1930 and was the daughter 
    of John R. Worley and Beulah Woodrum Worley who preceded her in death. Jean 
    graduated from Huntington East High School and the St. Mary's School of 
    Nursing. Jean began her nursing career at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington 
    and was a member of the administration for Cabell Huntington Hospital in 
    Huntington upon her retirement. In addition to her parents, Jean was 
    preceded in death by her brothers-in-law, Carl W. Blankenship and William H. 
    Plybon and a niece, Rebecca Jean Blankenship. Jean is survived by a sister, 
    Sally M. Blankenship Plybon of Milton, WV; a brother, Thomas R. Worley of 
    Lexington, Kentucky and Lurena; nephews, Carl R. Blankenship of Charleston, 
    WV and Janice, Charles T. Blankenship of Huntersville, NC and Anna; Nieces, 
    Gina A. Maynard of Louisville, KY and Rick and Marilyn J. Worley of 
    Gainesville, FL; grand-nephews, Ethan C. Blankenship of Huntersville, NC and 
    Tyler J. Blankenship of Huntersville, NC and grand-nieces, Emma M. 
    Blankenship of Huntersville, NC and Cailin Worley of Gainesville, FL. The 
    family would like to thank the staff of the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice 
    House for the care received by Jean in her final days and would like to 
    especially thank Jean's long time care-giver, Betty Waldon, and her family 
    for the loving care received by Jean over the years. Friends may call at
