Kellie Alan Russell, 56, of Lavalette, WV, husband of Kathy Ann Thompson Russell, died Friday, April 29, 2011 at home. He was born August 7, 1954 in Ironton, Ohio, a son of Edward William and Edith Mae Allen Russell. He was a truck driver. A celebration of life service will be conducted at a later date. Additional survivors include: a special daughter, Amanda Leeann Elizabeth Wells of Lavalette, daughter, Kathy Joe Russell Wells of Tomahawk, KY; two sons, Kevin Alan Russell and wife Missy of Proctorville, Ohio, and Jason Alan Russell of Wheelersburg, Ohio; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Clifford “Pete” and Mary Lou Russell, Harold Eugene “Joe” and Patty Russell and Edward William and Juanita Russell; a sister Betty Jean Bailey; and several nieces and nephews. Chapman’s Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
