Mary Perry
Ratcliff Belville, 86, of Milton, WV, widow of Harry William
Ratcliff and Virgil Edward Belville, went to be with the Lord Monday, March
21, 2011. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday, March 24,
2011, at Bride of Christ United Baptist Church, Chesapeake, OH, with Brother
Heron Adkins and Brother Jason Kessler officiating. Entombment will be in
White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Barboursville, WV. She was born
March 12, 1925 in Milton, WV a daughter of the late Kemper and Lenora
Crowder Perry. She was retired from INCO and was a member of the Bride of
Christ United Baptist Church. She also attended the Bias Chapel and the
Florida Street Baptist Churches, who considered her as one of them; was a
member of the Chapter #149 Order of the Eastern Star; and was a 1942
graduate of Milton High School. In addition to her parents and both
husbands, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Dee Ratcliff
Stowasser; a step son, Stephen Edward Belville; five brothers, Arvil, Hoze,
Herald, Gerald, and Woodrow Perry; nine sisters, Carba Adamson, Jennie
Akers, Elsie Chapman, Luvada Moffett, Inez Chapman, Flossie Miser, Willie
Perry, Eathel Boster, and Zelma Bevacqua. She is survived by three step
daughters, Judy Wiley, Gail (Randy) Scarberry, and Pinkie Holschuh; two
grandsons, Chuck Stowasser of Milton and Edward Lee (Brittany) Stowasser of
Ona; nine step grandsons, Ronald Edward (Elisha), Matthew, Mark (Sharon) and
Luke Belville, Phillip (Amanda) Wiley, Justin (Tabitha) Hunt, Barry, Gary
and Brent (Darla) Holschuh; two step granddaughters, Andrea (Shawn) Chapman
and Renee Moore; one great granddaughter, Emery Kate Stowasser of Ona; 19
step great grandchildren; one sister, Margie Reynolds of Barboursville, WV;
one son-in-law, Teddy Lee Stowasser of Milton; two sisters-in-law, Naomi
Belville of Proctorville and Sue Belville of South Point, OH; and a special
friend, Teresa Woodrum of Milton. Viewing will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, and from noon
to 1:00 PM Thursday at the church.
