David Lee Scarberry
(July 14, 1952 - March 23, 2011)



David Lee Scarberry, 58, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. He was born July 14, 1952 in Huntington, WV a son of Walter Ray Scarberry Sr. and Jo Ann Nethercutt Scarberry of Huntington. He was a Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents, survivors include: a son David Lee Scarberry II of Barboursville; five grandchildren, Blake, Tyler, Courtney, Bethany, and Katelyn; a sister, Rebecca Worden of Huntington; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Walter Ray Scarberry Jr. and Sue Scarberry of Jacksonville, FL and Danny and Shirley Scarberry of Huntington; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, March 28, 2011, at Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington, with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Friends may call from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM Monday at the cemetery. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
