Lottie Ruth Lockhart
(January 10, 1930 - March 5, 23011)


Lottie Ruth Lockhart, 81, of Huntington, WV, died Saturday March 5, 2011 in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation. Graveside funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Tuesday March 8, 2011 at Bowen Cemetery with Pastor Larry Greene officiating. Burial will follow. Lottie was born January 10, 1930 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Ulysses Grant & Fair Lillie Jeffrey Parsons. She retired from F.W. Means Co. She was a member of the River Cities Community Church & the Teamsters Local. She was preceded in death her husband, Arnold D. Lockhart, 1 son Paul Edward Lockhart, two brothers; Lacey & Lonnie Parsons and one sister; Jewell Sullivan. Survivors include two daughters; Gloria Jean Lockhart Hahn & husband Lee of Clarion, Iowa, & Delilah Kay Lockhart Rotermell & husband Mack of New Smyrna Beach, FL., one son; Charles Michael Lockhart & wife Patricia of Proctorville, OH., 6 brothers; Freeland Parsons & wife Helen of Hewitt, TX., Otis Parsons & wife Lucille of Kenova, WV, Atis Parsons & wife Eunice of Huntington, Edward Parsons "Kicker" & wife Joyce of Milton, General Grant "Denny" Parsons & wife Phyllis of Ashton, WV, Charles Samuel Parsons of Lavalette, WV, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
