Obituary



Christine Dingess Jackson, 56, of Huntington, WV, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018, at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born July 9, 1962 in Logan County, WV a daughter of Geraldine Tomblin Dingess of Huntington and the late Donald Wayne Dingess, Sr. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Lynn McCoy. She worked at Macy's and was a member of Trinity Church of God. In addition to her mother, survivors include: a sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Ray Kayler of Gastonia, NC; a brother, Donald Wayne "Donnie" Dingess, Jr. of Huntington; three nephews and a niece, Brandon (Macy) Dingess, Jimmy (Janet) McCoy, Anderson Kayler and Allison Kayler; and two great nephews, Peyton Reid Dingess and Roman McCoy. Funeral services will be conducted 1:30 pm Sunday, December 23, 2018, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Huntington, with Pastor Ken Toler officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 1:30 pm Sunday at the cemetery.
