Dolores Jean Wallace, 83, of Huntington, WV, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018, at Genesis Putnam. She was born March 31, 1935 in Westwood, KY. She was a retired registered nurse with Cabell Huntington Hospital and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Stephens Catholic Church in Ona. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ida Mae Lawson, Mary Ellen Artrip, and Betty Jo Summers and three brothers, Carl Grubb, Harry Milton Grubb, and Lester Grubb. Survivors include: two daughters, Sharon L. Jenkins of Huntington and Pauletta Jean Lyzenga of Culloden; three granddaughters, Tarrah Fouch, Krista Wooten, and Kelly Byron; and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, December 28, 2018, at Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum, Milton, with Rev. Monsignor Dean G. Borgmeyer officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 10:30 am to 11:00 am at the cemetery mausoleum. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
