Obituary



Agatha Lynn Waugh, 97, of Huntington, widow of Mantford C. Waugh, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018, in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Ridgelawn Memorial Park Abbey of Devotion. Burial will follow. She was born December 1, 1921, in Elliott County, KY, a daughter of the late Langely and Goldie Bryant Johnson. Two sisters, one brother, and a son-in-law Officer Paul Harmon HPD also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, and a member of the former Highlawn Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Lynette Flesher and Twila Harmon both of Huntington; one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Lyndon and Sherry Waugh of Atlanta, GA; 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and a host of many beloved nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Visitation will be from 11:30 am to 1:30 PM Saturday at Chapman's Mortuary.
