Felicia Ann Rose, 32, of Huntington, WV, died Tuesday December 11, 2018 in St. Mary's Medical Center. Memorial service will be conducted 3:00 PM Saturday December 15, 2018 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Ray Vance officiating. Felicia was born November 18, 1986 in Huntington WV a daughter of Edward Sowards and (Stacy McCallister) of Barboursville and Tonya Sowards and (Roger Carter) of Huntington. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Fred and Joyce Jeffers and paternal grandfather Bill Miller. Additional survivors include, one daughter, Kaleigh Michael, two brothers, Edward Sowards, Jr and (Destiney Heck), Joshua Carter, niece, Khloe Sowards and paternal grandmother Carolyn Miller all of Huntington. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
